You’re right to be scared, they can be dangerous. Great source of heat, however. Just be careful of pets near it (and don’t place it where you might stumble into it. I know, common sense, right? You would NOT believe how many people I’ve seen the the ER who’ve stumbled into them!). Keep warm!!
The new post is up, but let me just say here – I’ve turned the kerosene heater off. They do scare me. And I’m not going to use it one minute more than I have to. All praise to central heat!
